OUR VISION
Virginia Housing Development LLC (VHD) was founded in 2010 as the development arm of the Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority (ARHA). By championing an innovative mixed-income model, VHD provides ARHA with a pathway for complex, multi-tiered financing deals that result in visionary residential projects and more sustainable communities.
